Weekend Fab

Happy Monday! This day has been long. I woke up early and had to travel for work. I sat in insane traffic on the 101 freeway, only to have the person I was scheduled to meet with cancel at the last hour. I'm not a huge fan of cancellations, last minute cancellations are even worse.

On another note, my weekend was pretty fabulous. I basically did nothing on Saturday which was definitely necessary. Sunday started off with church and ended with an amazing sunset in Santa Monica. After church we decided to try a new restaurant that I heard about from a photographer friend on facebook. The restaurant is 26 Beach in Venice, Ca. I highly recommend it and have to share pictures of our incredible meal. For those of you who don't know I'm currently on weight watchers and banked all of my flex points for yesterday's random excursion.

King Kobe the IV Burger: the boyferiend loved his Kobe burger, although not as much as the Cheesecake Factory's Kobe burger, he compares EVERY burger he has to the Cheesecake Factory's Kobe, and although he liked the 26 Beach Kobe, it didn't take first place in his Kobe burger race


UFO Burger with a turkey patty on whole wheat: this was mine and it was freaking delish! It was practically impossible to bite, so I ended up using a fork and knife.
